A most tedious man,
This review is from: A Most Wanted Man (Paperback)
Le Carre seems to have forgotten that his first duty as a writer is to enthral his readership. As a treatise on the 'war on terror' A Most Wanted Man is probably very good, unfortunately as a thrilling and entertaining work of fiction it's fairly poor. Clichéd characterisation, dull plot, laboured details, I could go on, but unlike this book, I won't.
