5.0 out of 5 stars Value for money - this is the definition, 20 July 2012
This review is from: ETHERNET NETWORK LAN CAT5 CAT5E RJ45 RJ11 CABLE TESTER (Electronics)
Considering the bewilderingly low price and other reviews warning of the build quality I was braced for impact! However, the item is excellent and if you look at pictures of many 'rebadged' versions, they all appear to be identical and all have higher prices.
I agree this is ideal for the 'odd' use at home but I would say it could take a lot more. The lack of moving parts (apart from the on off switch) would suggest it's life expectancy could be good especially when you consider it even comes with a zip case to look after it.
Seller was very quick with despatch and it was sent 1st class.

Finally, for those who love the translations in 'English' manuals here are a couple of quotes...

9V reduplicated battery is used... battery is advised to change if any weak light appears.

Test cannot be done while RJ45's copper screezers are not totally pressed. Any disobeys may lead to a permanent damage of the end.

You have been warned...watch your ends!

I don't know why you guys think it is funny, i always make sure my screezers are not totally pressed and consequently have suffered zero damage to my end. Most reassuring.
