What an amazing book. You start off reading and yes it is very heavy on science but stick with it. It is great background to why you need to do what Dr Williams suggests. I could not wait to finish it and now have all the foods on my shopping list. We are living so much longer (although through science not from our lifestyle or diet) so we need to help ourselves by eating properly. I am SO pleased Dr Williams has written such a great book. Thank you.
