Not ready for prime time,
This review is from: Logitech Squeezebox Duet - WiFi Internet Radio receiver with wireless MP3 music streaming (discontinued by manufacturer) (Electronics)
Avoid this product until such time as they have got the bugs out. I have two receivers, one duet controller and an SB3. The SB3 works perfectly, which is why I "upgraded" to the Duet. The wireless range of the new receivers is much less than that of the SB3 but an even bigger problem is the instability of the wireless links. Every day I wonder whether the system will work today. If I switch off my computer I can then expect to spend an hour or so trying to reset the receivers, either the network will not be available, or the music library will not be found, or the receivers will not show up. What fun.

Wi-fi performance on the SB receiver may not be as good as the SB3 since the internal aerials are horizontal. I've used Homeplug devices to get a wired ethernet connection via the mains electrical wiring and it works really well for me.

same story, it should be really good and is when it works but the instability of the system makes it not worth having. It is at its worst after a software update. The last software update left me without any access to any form of listening for 3 days. If it had its own hard drive storage then it might be in with a chance. Sonos are having the similar problems.
