The Greatest Living Englishman,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle - Series 1 [DVD] (DVD)
Poetry. A national treasure. The laureate of comedy. This man tells the cleverest and funniest jokes I have ever heard. He thinks on a different strata to the rest of us. A rare unique talent in a world of homogenised entertainment.

Neil, I think Paul is referencing a routine Stew did where he professed to be Scottish. Or Scotch as he put it.
