18 months on . . . truly successful,
This review is from: Stop Bedwetting in 7 Days - A simple step-by-step guide to help children conquer bedwetting problems in just a few days. (Paperback)June 2011. We're so grateful for this book that I want to note that 18 months on our son has not had any accidents since completing the programme. It DID STOP. This works, IF you follow the programme diligently. Good luck to you all, I still recall how stressful it was for us and upsetting it was for our son. This is the answer!
June 2010. Yet another update, 6 months on and it has been nearly 5 months since our son last had an accident, we don't think about it any more. I'm committed to giving this update because I want to share our experience with everyone who despairs about a child that wets the bed. It has transformed his self confidence for sleepovers and school trips. It was not easy and my wife and son worked really hard, diligently, and it worked. Hope this helps anyone wondering what to do next, best wishes.
I have updated this review as it is now 3 months since we did the programme and my son has not wet the bed since. We followed it religiously and it has been quite amazing. It has made a massive difference to his confidence and self esteem. I must emphasise that we worked really hard with him but it was worth it. Increadible.
My original review is below:
Jan 2010. This programme is amazing and has worked brilliantly with my son. I don't normally write reviews but I highly recommend this 7-day programme. It works by reprogramming the part of the mind that controls the urinatory muscles, simple yet clever and very logical. We ran through the programme by the letter and have had no problems since. Don't buy anything else by the way, such as the alarms, as they go against the philosophy. Waking your son to go to the toilet is also unhelpful as is stopping him drinking before going to bed so get this book and follow it!
