if you want to send it back contact customer services.
mine was broken...untill i pot modded with the welder i have and now its probaly bright enough to designate a target from the air.
BTW.. if you use the orgin batterys it explodes.
...and nope i am serious.went to get a drink and when i came back i see a small wreckage of metallics.
of course the fact that the it was being attacked by about 400 volts didnt help
Now however it works like a industrial grade laser.Happy pot modding for those who try
NB the welder needs to be reinforced. to counter this i used two wleders at once.
creates a bit of plasma but dont let the two electrodes come into contact and u have a plasma free welder like me ..... eventually
i am quite feisty with a a welding head so the plasma problem develped.of course if you use plama you have more options apart from the electricty bills
