AMAZING! I love my Samsung machine,
This review is from: Samsung WF0702WKE 1200 rpm 7kg Eco Bubble Washing Machine - White (Misc.)
Had this machine for 3 months now, after 3 Beko disasters! WOW! I love it :)
It replaced an Ariston that lasted 17 years, so I was shocked at how different machines are now, but I always do a lot of research before I buy things, so I was aware that no machine does a full load except on cotton and all machines are cold fill now.
So with a 5 year warranty, and £50 cashback off a special offer this machine was a bargain! But the minute it was fitted you could see how much better quality it was than the average modern washer, it doesn't feel plasticky or flimsy like most.
I chose the 1200 spins because it sits flush under my worktop, but the spin is so good it feel like a 1400 spin! It's so quiet even on max spin!
It has a ceramic filament which is great for hardwater areas as it doesn't allow limescale build up so saves money on a well known product to make your washing machine live longer! PLUS it heats up so quickly that this machine has by far the shortest cycle times of any machine I looked at (and there were many)
The 7kg drum does a full double bed linen set (top & bottom sheets, duvet cover & 4 pillowcases) no problem. (cotton wash obviously)
It is highly programmable on the cotton cycle allowing anything from a 15 min 30 deg wash upwards) it even allows you to programme in your own programme, and you can add prewash, extra spin all sorts to the standard programmes, plus it has a clock to countdown the cycle, with symbols to show you which part of cycle you're in and how long it has left.
But the best bit - and you'll watch for the first one or two cycles! The BUBBLES - they start straight away so the wash lathers up quickly and they are such fun to watch! They apparently push the soap into the wash to get it clean, and despite what 2 reviewers have said the wash is fantastic, the clothes come out SO CLEAN even on 15 minute wash, and my dog loves mud! OK occasionally her things go in for a 30 min was on 40 deg, but that really is the exception. But is that really a major issue?
This machine is so quiet, I forget I have it on, and my mother has used it too, so I'm not the only one who thinks it is fantastic (and my mum is very particular about her wash).
Different powders really do work better in different machines, but liquids don't give a brilliant was in any machine (it has been proven - see One Show, which etc) so I can only think that the bad wash is down to detergent used, and the noise is down to a poorly fitted machine, because I cannot recommend this machine highly enough!
