My Favourite Recipe Book,
This review is from: Good Food: Low-fat Feasts (BBC Good Food) (Paperback)
Great, easy to follow recipe's that are guaranteed to be both filling and tasty. I highly recommend the Pumpkin and Bean Spaghetti (pp 66-67)!
The only down side is that this book - like many recipe books - expects you to be feeding a family. I would have liked to have seen more recipe's aimed at serving 2 or fewer people.

Yes i agree with you- I tend to just make the recipe for 4 people as specified, and then share it between me and my fiancee, effectivly doubling our portion sizes- so funnily enough I haven't managed to lose any weight at all yet!

You could do something innovative, like freeze half and eat half. Just because you've made enough for 4, doesn't mean you haave to eat it. Especially when you've been 'warned'.

I agree, so many books assume that you are feeding a family of four, I am tired of having to halve recipes or freeze some - how much are we supposed to keep freezing stuff - why doesn't someone just bring out more exciting recipe books for two people!!
