Bits of an internet forum, printed in a book - as pointless as it sounds,

As forums go the cricket web one appears quite good, there is a mix of the serious, statistical, the bombastic, pithy and funny: there are a mix of authors of varying quality and interest, so some sections are more remarkable or demanding than others. It's just what a forum should be. Taking forum postings offline, away from the community interaction that makes a forum interesting, deadens them. There are some interesting points in here and I have enjoyed reading sections of it, but I may as well just join the forum and take part. I showed this to a friend at work whose response was "I can't believe this is an actual book: lazy, lazy, lazy." I'm not far off agreeing.
