Great short story from one of the best thriller writers around,
This review is from: Thorn in My Side (Kindle Single) (Kindle Edition)Karen Slaughter has managed to encapsulate a great thriller into a short story. This story of twins thrown into a violent bloody storm takes the reader into the world of blame and loyalty. The twins are like chalk and cheese, until one dark night behind a seedy nightclub, their true self becomes visible. Having written about twins myself, I know this one will make you think about the characters as the brothers descend into the mire. The brothers start out as opposites but soon show that there is a darkness inside both of them, which is the same. As a short thriller and a quick thrill, it is a cracker.

I have problems with someone claiming to be a pro writer, and thinking there is such a word as "capulate". There isn't.

Hi R.W.G ! I'm not claiming to be a pro writer. I am a pro writer with over 100,000 readers so far this year, (2011) However I am human and make mistakes ! Thanks for the comment though I hope it didn't offend you too much. I did enjoy Karin's book and wanted to tell other readers what I thought. Thanks again!
