As replied to the other negative comment on this product, I am very sorry to hear that you have a problem there.

It is incredibly unusual to hear of any such problem and I can assure you that with many, many thousands sold it is certainly not the case that our adapter is poor quality or causes a yellow colour. We have never once had any such problem reported before from many thousands of customers as you will see from the number of positive reviews for all of our Mini DVI and Mini DisplayPort adapter products... I find it astonishing that not one customer has ever contacted us about a 'yellow colour' issue, nor have we ever seen such a thing in testing etc.

It is of course possible that the one you have received may have a rare fault or more likely that it may have picked up some damage in the post. I believe Amazon will have packed and posted this order and not ourselves so I can not vouch for the packing or the trip through the postal service. It is always possible that any small item like this may pick up some damage in the post of course.

What I can assure you of is that we back all of our products with a no fuss lifetime warranty and of course in any case we would be very happy to send out an immediate replacement for you to test.

However... as far as I am aware we have not received any communication from you about this issue and
it is not likely possible for us to help if we do not hear from you of course.

I will try to find details of your order from by searching every recent order using your reviewer name but it will be nigh on impossible without an order number or email reference.

Just thought that reviewers reading the above comment should know that following that I was offered a full refund or another adapter, although the one I experienced was rubbish there customer services are excellent :)

Neet® - Mini DVI to VGA adapter cable for Apple Mac I purchased this product again as it was cheaper than the Apple one. I have had blue screens, yellow screens and sometimes blank screens. I have to keep pulling the connector out then re connection to get any picture. Had enough of this awfull product and has just returned it to Amazon. This product is so poorly made, puts me off buying any other Neet product.
