Hot Rock Star,
This review is from: Ruby Tuesday (Wild Irish, Book Two) (Kindle Edition)
My summary of the book - Sky is hiding out because he needs a break from everything and while he is the Irish Pub he finds Teagan and instantly falls for her music. He wants to buy her song but she isn't sure as she is happy to just sing and write for her family. Sky faces the challenge of convincing her to write with him and also resisting for as long as he can.
Thoughts on the characters - Teagan is a settled and happy to just sing in her family's pub, she has never let herself think about making it big, so when Sky comes into her life with promises of fame and fortune she doesn't want it. When she is forced into writing with him she finds it hard to stop the growing attraction to him and after her sister makes some comments she decides to have some fun with Sky.
Sky can't believe that Teagan doesn't want to become a professional singer and songwriter and he is determined to get her songs to help with his solo career. He also struggles when he becomes attracted to Teagan as he isn't interested in a serious relationship and he doesn't want hurt her but he finds it hard to stay away from her. He is also very honourable with Teagan as he is determined not to take advantage of her but he wants to show her the delights she has never had before.
Overall thoughts - Very hot story with a few amusing parts. I love how the rock star meets his match in a pub singer and doesn't fall to his feet when his presence is known.
