Support around the ankle is minimal...,

Fit comfortably although the part of the shoe where the material dips between the laces and the back of the ankle feels a bit lower than shoes like this that I normally purchase. The result of this gives a feeling like the shoe isn't always completely secure on the foot. So I wouldn't be comfortable running in these shoes as they are very low on the ankle but for everyday walking in, they are fine. Review would be 5 stars if the ankle support was slightly better.
