Much more comprehensive that I could have ever hoped for. Why can't all books be so well structured, laid out and easy to follow. I love the way it starts with orientation on the basics, like portion control and goal setting, works through various exercise types, and ends with the tricks that hopefully will really make the difference (lean meats etc). This is going to be huge for me!
