Meditation really knows no bounds. Anyone of any age can meditate and gain so many health benefits from meditation. While there are different types of meditation, the basic concept is just that – basic. Focusing on breathing is the biggest thing in meditation to master and once you’ve got that down the rest is easy. I have never been successful at meditation because I have a hard time focusing and quieting my mind. after reading this book, I feel like I will be extremely successful and I would highly recommend this book to anyone.
