A book for every recruitment consultants tool kit

This is a very interesting book and as it says it’s true to the industry. I’ll be recommending this to my team and colleagues. It’s nice to see a recruitment book on the market that covers selling to clients and selling to candidates. There are some very clever sections in this book especially the tips with emails to acquire your prospective clients direct contact details. I've not even seen this in generic sales books. I have a few consultants working on cold desks doing new business development, so this book will help them greatly.
