A robust and logical follow-up to 2008s What We All Come to Need.
The album packs powerful metal melodies that pave a clear way of "Post Metal" for others to pick up and follow. This instrumental band doesn't leave the listener let down by easy tunes and catchy sounds, but explore the intricacies of metal instruments and progressive melodies. It's a rhythmic guitar and drum focused sound that is at once both groovy challenging.
If you listen to music that takes you on journeys, that explores the sounds and melodies within, then you need to check out Pelican.
If you want something to sing (or scream) along to, look elsewhere.
