I love running! I do it every day. I enjoyed reading this book because it confirmed what I have been reading on running. One thing I liked the most about this is that it provided diets and exercises to develop muscles (such as squats, planks, and dead lifts), which is in line with my goal: to have a lean body. In addition, I have also been preparing for my first ever half marathon, and I found a few helpful ways to endure the distance. Also, I liked how the writer gave me the realization that running is cost-efficient. I definitely recommend this to all.

Enjoyed what I read but felt it was too short. Some more detailed information on HI IT sessions would have be useful.

Disappointing book more suitable for US market and it goes off on a tangent about Buddhism.
