I love running! I do it every day. I enjoyed reading this book because it confirmed what I have been reading on running. One thing I liked the most about this is that it provided diets and exercises to develop muscles (such as squats, planks, and dead lifts), which is in line with my goal: to have a lean body. In addition, I have also been preparing for my first ever half marathon, and I found a few helpful ways to endure the distance. Also, I liked how the writer gave me the realization that running is cost-efficient. I definitely recommend this to all.
