I've read many a book on fitness and nutrition over the years. It's not that this one came up with any revolutionary ideas, but it explained them simply and tied everything in together. The importance of hormone regulation is option neglected in these books, the author puts a very informative simplified spin on it in here. The link between training, nutrition, 'man-skills', sex and grooming make perfect sense and the bonus material on line is very good. As mentioned at the beginning, there isn't a major amount revolutionary information... just simple lifestyle guidelines.

This book will change you as a man for the better. I bought the E-version and am also considering purchasing in print because every page is gold dust - gems of information; from health to fitness, to manners and to tuning your mind - everything you need to become a legend. Men, you owe it to yourselves to read this. I've recommended it to all of my friends who may need to make some slight adjustments in their lives in order to be a better version of themselves.

What an amazing read - Mike certainly knows a thing or two about how to go about completely transforming your life looking at fitness, diet, friendships and most importantly sex. A great read which is most definitely addictive. I would thoroughly recommend it!
