Love this album best album so far from Steam of Passion free from the confines of a record label they have let their creative talents unharness. It has everything you expect from Symphonic Metal soaring vocals from lead singer Marcela Bovio and heavy guitar riffs but the album also has at its heart also passion expressed in it's lyrics for example Monster with reference to problems in her homeland of Mexico or Don't Let Go an life affirming song to lift the spirits. Also outstanding the title song A War Of Our Own and The Curse but the whole album is a worthy buy that you won't be disappointed with.

This album has everything, I was always expecting this one to be their best as they became free from their record label and effectively were able to do what they wanted and that resulted in an album which is probably heavier than any of their previous records as well as being more symphonic and progressive than their last while Marcela's voice is at her best on every song. Lyrically I would say they have really stepped up their game as well. This band has been very underrated in the past but I hope with this album, they are able to reach more people because they have really outdone themselves this time.
