It is labelled "Glasses Cleaning Cloth" but I found it to be poor in cleaning glasses. It tended to smudge dirt around the lens instead of wiping it off. Totally useless and not recommended for cleaning glasses.

I have the typical microfibre spectacles cloth that came with my spectacles and that worked fine. I bought this after reading that Chamois leather is basically the cloth that microfibre cloths are engineered to imitate (porous, absorb-able, etc) and I thought "I want the best cloth" for my lenses!

After using this cloth I don't see what all the fuss is about. It does clean, though not extremely well. And due to being bitty it has ruined my spectacles case which is velvet on the inside and has gotten extremely bitty from the leather. And when cleaning the spectacles with it, the spectacles get bits on the lenses. Sure, you can blow some of them off, but this only attracts dust from the air to the lenses and there still persists a portion of the bits that are well attracted to the lense(s). I'm very irritated by oils and bits on my lenses... Then if you try and touch the bits off with the end of your finger, you get oil on the lens from your fingers and you're back to square one.

So all in all - yes they clean, but not any better than the microfibre cloth that will come with your spectacles. And if you want to keep the inside of your case pristine, DO NOT use one of these (assuming the inside is velvet).

I use micro fibre cloths for everything in my house, they are superb for cleaning most things including glasses, however I wanted something which was just for glasses and my mobile screen so I ordered these. Obviously they are the real deal, no fake chamois here! - they clean really well, you have to change the technique a little or they will mark the glasses, but the only thing is, which is the most annoying thing for me is that they moult like mad! It left little bits all over my glasses which only a micro fibre cloth could remove, even shaking it didn't do anything, it just kept shedding dust. Such a shame as they are not cheap.

I've been looking for a good glasses cloth for a long time and so far this is the best, but still not perfect.

This is a great little cloth, and does the best job of any cloth I've bought on amazon at cleaning my specs. The chamois is durable and clears most of the muck off my lenses.

However it moults like a cat in the spring, and has left my glasses case covered in yellow lint. Also when I washed it in warm soapy water after a month of use, it lost the initial softness that it had when I bought it and is a bit rougher.

Still a good cloth but not perfect.

If you're buying it to clean your glasses, then don't buy it. Leaves streaks. I'd recommend a micro fiber one.

felt like buying one to see the quality and wow, its actually really nice, when buying this item just to let you know that it is one big piece which you can cut in half to make 2 pieces. That's what I did.

I'm actually using this for my phone, and does it make it shine !!

Well priced and a delight to use. Keep them clean and dry and they'll never disappoint. Just don't let your toddler find it. Mine blew his nose on it and then cleaned the table and then the floor after which, he put it neatly back into my glasses case. Nice.

Very good piece to clean glasses, I was having the value ones that get given for free with glasses, those are thicker, and nicer. The only dowside is that they aren''t as easy to fold as the thin cheap ones, but can't really expect so much.

The quality of this chamois leather is very good, however I find it a little to thick for cleaning glasses. When used it did leave streaks and I had to revert to my old method of cleaning my glasses chamois leather glasses cleaning cloth
