These are brush heads to fit the older (but not the really old) model of the Philips Sonicare brush - the ones that have an angled head and a flat plate sticking out the bottom - that plate isn't shown in the pictures. I did check this with the seller before ordering.
I'd always be careful when ordering compatible products, wanting good quality and lifetime. (It's the same with compatible ink cartridges, isn't it?) But especially so with something vibrating at sonic speeds, being put in my mouth, you wouldn't want that exploding apart, would you. Well, I have to say, though I've only had these for one day, that the build quality and the operation are superb, after my worn out Philips brush my teeth at last feel really clean again.
And the price was approx 20% of the original manufacturer's price, which seems to me a reasonbable amount to pay, not the exorbitant original price.
So, am pleased (so far) with both the product and the seller. If anything changes e.g. re the lasting quality of the brushes, which is supposed to be 3 months or so per head, I would review again.

These are awful, they make a lot of noise, as one reviewer described sound like a swarm of bees. The bristles do not last as long as the original ones either and lose their bristle strength very quickly. I could probaby live the bristles for the price but the noise is terrible. I would strongly urge you not to buy these unless you are deaf or hard of hearing.
