This book is a MUST read for all marketers old school or new school. The reason I say old school, is that you will never get to new school without reading this book. I have become so disillusioned by marketing strategists in the UK, who dismiss social media as the future of marketing. For those guys catch up read this book or retire - please. For new school, you know that social media is the channel to market that will provide new customers for brands and that will help to maintain brand credibility and loyalty.
