This book contains 30 ways to stay awake. If you have work to do but you feel sleepy and your eyelid feel heavier, this book will give you the ideas to stay awake till late at night. The tips are really useful and helped me a lot especially when I had to study a lot and felt tired. The descriptions are clear and concise. I was pleased to find out that I was already doing some of the ways to stay awake and that others were easy to implement. I loved this book. Evelyn has a writing ability that makes you feel like you are talking with a friend over a cup of coffee. She explains everything in a simplified way. The book was very informant and interesting to read.
