Very useful tips... it's all here

There are lots of very useful tips in the book right from the outset. Brett Lee Scott has a no-nonsense, simple style to his writing and presents the information well. All the different factors behind having difficulty with hills are discussed with some ideas on how to set up your bike and training schedules and then it looks in depth at the features of good hill climbing, some of the science behind it, techniques, positions and tips for approaches, workouts ... it's all here. Recommended.
