Poor Quality Control,

I was disappointed with the first bowl because it was less than perfect. The wooden lid was marred by a black knot and looked nothing like the picture on the websites. As this was a present for my son I requested a replacement. I like their products but I expected better quality control from a company like Penhaligon.
