Right. every time I try to explain the importance of this album to someone I seem to take it too far and arouse the cynic in them. You'd think I might learn to tone it down, but that's impossible if like me, you
believe there to be nothing as interesting as this happening in music at the moment.
For those of you who are familiar with Dirty Projectors I have to say I reckon it's the best yet.. possibly as it's come after five years of Longstreth cherrypicking musicians until he got together a group that could truly express his vision. I have to say i'm unable to describe the result of this vision and to be honest I'm not sure anyone really could.. . I guess that's what makes this essential listening for anyone. So check it out!
