"Breaking Bad Habits and Finally Taking Back Your Life" by Mike C. Adams is a great and handy guide with plenty of useful tips how to quit annoying and unnecessary habits,
His approach is universal in that he bundles his advice in small groups of similar nature, so you can look at your habits from a behavioural point of view, occupational or social angle and experiment which one of the approaches works for you.
The genius in this work is that it allows for your individuality and does not sell one size for all. You are encouraged to work with these tips andmake notes and find your best way of getting rid of the habit.
Adams has written an excellent and comprehensive compilation of advice. The rest is up to you.
A fantastic handbook to have.
