So badly written and full of errors - except vs accept, for example. Hiring a copy-editor or proofreader might help. The story line was also incredibly cheesy and stereotypical, and I believe slightly offensive; women swooning at the grumpy consultant's feet after they see his beautifully decorated bathroom.

Whilst I enjoyed all the medical drama and found it most interesting I wasn't too sure about the mills and boon romance

I enjoyed the part of the book that followed a midwife working in today's NHS, largely because I was a midwife myself many years ago. It was therefore interesting to me to see how much today is similar as well as how much things have changed since then. However this book is also a romance, which many people I am sure will enjoy, but Is not really my sort of thing.

I didn't want this book to end - nice balance between the stories of Claire's job and her social life. Very good descriptions of the characters and settings and a good mix of happy and sad emotions felt reading this book.

Thoroughly enjoyed this e-book. I'd definitely recommend it. Really easy to read and hooks you from the first page. You really feel like you get to know the characters well.

Brilliant book, couldn't put it down! Really liked the honesty and never truly appreciated the challenges that midwives face. Haven't read a book this good in a very long time. Highly recommended and I'll be buying Labour of love.
