Finally.

I have been using the treadmill for months, and months on end looking for results, eating right, a controlled calorie diet so my intake is 1200 cals a month and thats low. Great I've seen some results, but not major results. This life saving, needed by every person book got the results in no time. Well yes you do have to work hard, and you will see the result, but at least i wont be working hard in vain. The book teaches you the most effective works, its not always about the time you put but the effort and put that effort in at the right time. I have learnt so much from this but and would highly recommend it to others .
Please experience is very important and you will learn from years of experience from this book.

I was on the thread mill for ages, and not realising that it was time for a change,

IF YOUR DOING ANY EXERCISE AND YOU ARE NOT SEEING ANY TYPE OF RESULT IN 1 TO 2 MONTHS ITS TIME TO CHANGE .

Good for all types of fitness goers. Great if you like to follow a routine and good progression. Recommended
