Hysterical and encouraging

Read this little gem just after Christmas when I was desperate to get back to my weekly runs. Having hit running hard a year and a half ago, completing a couple of half marathons and 10k's I found myself injured. After a long break, putting on a fair bit of weight in the process and suffering from an utter loss of confidence this has been the perfect read to pick up my spirits and get my bottom back out there. No more worrying what others think or convincing myself I can't do it. No more refusing to go to park-run as I was going to be last. Someone's got to be! If you're feeling similar to how I feel then give it a read. You won't be able to resist getting those trainers back on and finding your 'scallywag self' no matter what your size, shape or speed.
