These are very effective even when worn for lengthy periods (over an hour constant swimming). They are a tight fit so are not as comfortable as the other speedo clips but they work; the comfortable clips slide off when the nose starts to sweat.

I use this clip to swim 100+ lengths several times a week and it has never slid off nor alowed any water into the nostrel - nose is sore afterwords for a little while though.

I bought this nose clip as I developed a "cold" for two days every time I went swimming and had read that a nose clip might help. It did! I never get any problems after swimming now. The clip is fairly comfortable and doesn't come off even on a long swim.

This is a great clip once it's been on a few laps. At first it doesn't stay put completely but readjust it after being in the water five minutes and it stays in position with not a drop of water entering the nasal cavity. This is the only reason I knocked off one star. You need to find the best position for it on your nose for it to be this effective but the design makes it pretty flexible in how you fit it, so I found a better fit by applying it the other way round, don't care how I look just so long as it protects my sinuses. Definitely worth trying before anything else, I've used 3 other types and this is by far the best.

... as it wouldn't stay on.
I've now arrived at a solution. The trick - for me anyway - is to wash with liquid soap (not bar soap) immediately before heading for the pool. Liquid soap is more aggressive, leaves the skin dried out and suppresses secretion of oils. The clip now stays in place for the duration of my half-hour swim.
I still haven't figured out which way up it's supposed to be, though.

These are effective, don't slip off and the metal can be adjusted easily so it is not too tight a fit on the nose . It is advisable to wash your nose with soap and water first since it can slip a bit on greasy skin.

I bought this from my gym (as I needed it quickly). I found I was having an allergic reaction to the chorline and sneezing for a full 24 hours after swimming. Having read another review, I bought this to help and it has. It's a little uncomfortable at first and it took me a few goes to get it the right way but now I hardly notice it and it doesnt leave red marks or anything. It does look silly on, I wont lie, but if you just want to swim and dont care about that then go for it. I dont find it slips off or anything. Tip - ensure the clip and skin is wet make it easier to put on.

After months of using inferior plastic nose clips that would not stay on at last a good stong dependable nose clip that stays on for an hour or more and is still comfortable because it is adjustable thank you SPEEDO.

It will suit some people better than others due to nose shape, but in general it's hard to see why the grips is designed with such a smooth service when the intended use is in water.

I rarely write reviews for products but felt that I had to review this nose clip. Having re-discovered swimming recently I suddenly developed an allergic reaction to the chlorine that resulted in prolonged bouts of sneezing and nose blowing followed by a completely blocked nose. I tried everything, antihistamines, decongestants, nasal sprays, saline sprays, vaseline up my nose prior to swimming and nothing had any impact. Every time I swam I was left with the miserable effects of a short lived cold. So, I decided to give a nose clip a shot and if that didn't work thought I may end up giving up swimming altogether. I have to say it's an absolute marvel! It completely stops the water from entering the nasal passage, the cause of all the misery. It doesn't look pretty, it's fairly tight (but then it has to be), and you have to adjust to a new breathing pattern when swimming, but all of this is absolutely worth it to avoid the horrible cold misery after each swim. I have had no issues as yet with it sliding off or moving at all, common sense would tell you that it's best to put it on to clean dry skin before entering the pool. For me it is a very cheap and effective way of continuing swimming without suffering the effects of an allergy.

Tried this in desperation after continually getting chronic sinus pain after swimming.
It's tight on your nose but it really works.
I swim for an hour and as other reviewer's have said, it stays in place beautifully.
It was a great relief to get out of the water with no sinus pain at all and I would recommend this product to anyone, I just wish I'd found it earlier
