A gatefold LP with great acoustic music from one of the newcomers, reminds of 70's music days and Jackson Browne, John Prine and the likes. Still some way to go to become a real original, but Paisley may be on the way to be a significant singer songwriter in the 21st century. Sound is very acoustic and sounds natural.

One of the finest songwriters of our time, always surprising me with his inner world, translating feelings into beautiful harmonies.

I trusted most reviews I read and bought this without listening to it first. I was expecting quality alternative country but I got it all wrong. It just sounds like FM country to me. I guess if you're on your John Deer in the midwest, you might appreciate it but if you're looking for something innovative and nicely produced, you better pick something else. Or even better: listen to it first!
