Two very different films
on 7 March 2014
(1) is a classic, a true family film that rewards with new hidden depths on every viewing, a great balance of style and content.
(2) has the same characters, most of the same voices, and the best of the same gags, but is otherwise a very different feeling film, and certainly does not initially have the same appeal to older viewers. Hoping it might grow on us, but primarily a cutesy kids' film, with visuals taking centre stage over story.
Good value bundle though, and comes on two discs (in one case), contrary to Amazon's description.
