This is a very detailed book for women on weight lifting. It includes a complete weight lifting regimen and a lot of great information on why weight lifting is good and how it can help you. I never knew that there were so many benefits to it. If you hate cardio and want to start something different, I highly recommend the is book as a place to begin.

Complete waste of money! No explanations of movements are included, and its very badly written. Presumably more experienced people would know all this already, so it wouldn't be useful, and beginners should avoid like the plague. What a con!
