I had high hopes for this book, it starts out well with a somewhat brief look at female hormones, but i was hoping for more detail such as which specific vegetables, nuts, seeds etc were beneficial, in what way and what benefits i would see. i was surprised to find that a good half of the 50 odd pages were recipes for some pretty simple dishes. I've been following a raw foods regime for several months ( about 75% of my daily intake) and this book is a great reminder of the versatility of raw foods and the important Health benefits. I will certainly be trying some of the new recipes, especially the smoothies. Well done Dot.

This is a easy to follow sensible approach to eating well for optimum health. I would highly recommend this for any woman who wishes to improve their energy levels and reduce problems caused by fluctuating hormones levels. The recipe ideas are great. In particular the juices and smoothies are fantastic - and make a brilliant start to the day. Give this a go - small changes really do make a big difference.
