Pre Show
Miz vs. Kofi Kingston
This wasn't awful to be fair, but if you've seen Kofi/Miz before, it's nothing new
**/*****

Shield & Real Americans vs. Rhodes Bros, Mysterio & The Usos
This was a good match, it had some great action from both sides. The stars were undeniably Roman Reigns and Antonio Cesaro. These two guys are going to the top. The finish stretch was a lot of fun action.

Big E Langston vs. Curtis Axel
Yawn.

Total Divas vs. Other Divas
Not too bad to be honest for a divas match on PPV. Poor Kaitlyn, being reduced to this. Poor AJ for being subjected to this kind of result.
**

Mark Henry vs. Ryback
Yawn.

World Championship
John Cena vs. Alberto Del Rio
Typically good, maybe a tad slow at places. Finish was obvious but doesn't take away from a well worked match.
***

Punk & Bryan vs. Wyatt's (minus Bray)
I expected more from these four. The match just never exploded into life. Good not great.

WWE Championship
Randy Orton vs. Big Show
This was hilarious, for all the wrong reasons. The crowd didn't care one iota, neither did I. Big Show should be no where near the main event in 2013. These two couldn't work a watchable match, let alone a decent one. Awful finish just topped it all off.

An event that has some great moments, but is badly tainted by the flaws, more so the main event.
It starts of with a very impressive 5 on 5 elimination survivor series match,CODY RHODES and GOLDUST team with THE USOs and REY MYSTERIO to face the team of the SHIELD (all 3)with JACK SWAGGER and ANTONIO CESRAO. It has quite a few great moments, with interesting order of eliminations. It lasts a nice amount of time,as it should,it left me satisfied.
Next up is BIG E. LANGSTON defending newly won i.c. title against former holder CURTIS AXEL. The match just doesn't shine,it really is sadly just a filler.
Then comes another elimination style match, this time the DIVAs get in on the action with teams of 7. NATALYA teams with THE BELLA TWINS,THE FUNKADACTYLS,CAMERON and EVA MARIE to face AJ LEE teaming with TAMINA SNUKA,KAITLYN,ROSA MENDES,SUMMER RAE,AKSANA and ALICIA FOX. This could've been a great match, but it doesn't last long enough and the eliminations are way too fast,it's got a good finish though.
MARK HENRY returns to face a challenging RYBACK,it's not awful, but would be more suited to RAW.
JOHN CENA defends his heavyweight title against ALBERTO DEL RIO. It'a a very enjoyable, with CENA more able to fight than he was last time, lots of nice moments and not too short.
DANIEL BRYAN teams with C.M. PUNK to face the very odd ERICK ROWAN and LUKE HARPER (guided by BRAY WYATT). for some reason,i never expected much from this,i felt it would be given too short a time and not much put into it,but it was easily one of the best matches of the night. There's a lot of smart teaming going on and the WYATT FAMILY are really proving their worth to the wwe here. Many great moments, with all 4 wrestlers looking great at times and a match time that could've been longer, but did a lot in the slot given, thumbs up.
Well I titled this THE GOOD,THE BAD AND THE UGLY,this is certainly the ugly. The main event few people cared for as bad guy RANDY ORTON takes on BIG SHOW in a WWE title match. BIG SHOW can look great if used right,as a giant, but against a solid wreslter like ORTON,he really doesn't look good. The action, what little there is of it,goes outside the ring for a bit of extreme style, but that isn't enough to save this from being a poor main event. It has a few good moments, but although I won't put all the fault of BIG SHOW,he just doesn't offer anything to this feud. The match is also insultingly short for a main event and would've been better on raw. The end also had many yawning and wondering why they bothered, which taints the good parts of the event.
So not the worst event of the year, but far from the best.
