While helpfull half of the book could be cut out since its just him repeating himself

This book is pretty helpfull and an eye opener into how your mind can play an important role in to the pain / fatigue you feel, and it did help me open the way to my repressed emotions as it tries to draw out of you.
While impressed with his work, i can't help but feel this book could be half the size that it is. He drudges on and on giving far too many examples, repeats himself and it feels like he tries to beat the same point in to you many many times and it just becomes irritating.
The start of the book is filled with usefull information and interesting backstory about him and his work in discovering this but by the middle you'll just want to stop reading. And in the end his "what to do" covers just a single page. Granted for this to work you do have to fully understand the whole process behind it, but it does in the end seem a bit drawn out and will leave you feeling "just get to the point already! I already understand!" while you read through.
