Joyce Vedral has developed a routine that's possible for real people with real lives. In 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week, using inexpensive weights at home, a woman can develop a firm, toned physique. Vedral uses proven bodybuilding techniques, including the split routine and the pyramid. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you work the upper body; on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, you work the lower body. The routine is fast-paced enough to be aerobic, simple enough that even the non-athletic can learn it quickly (honest!), and varied enough that it doesn't become boring. The first weeks go quickly, and even a couch potato will soon find herself with new strength and compact, defined muscles. The routine is not hard to maintain, because it quickly becomes a habit - 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Recommended!

Ms. Vedral has created the best workout ever known to mankind!! Ms. Vedral has given a workout for the first time beginners to the hardcore pros. And she(Ms. Vedral) really empathizes with the reader and shares not only her story and before and after pictures but also shares the stories and before/after pictures of 4 real women who did this program and succeeded,showing that any woman can do this workout! This book is a MUST HAVE!!!

I needed a book for beginners...when I saw Joyce's book, especially the pictures of her sister on the back - I knew it was for me. I haven't been disappointed. Easy to follow and has great results! I looked EXACTLY like her sister when I started and I am really pleased witht the results. My daughter is doing this workout also, and thinks it is WONDERFUL! (She is 29 and I am 53) This workout is for any age.

Ms. Vedral outdoes herself in this latest bodybuildingbook. She is a fantastic author, she explains the routines in easy to understand detail. You will also be given guidelines on an eating plan which is simple to follow. Ms. Vedral includes a question and answer section which is extremely helpful. A pullout chart of the bodybuilding exercises is included, with different exercises so you may customize your workout. This is one you DON'T want to miss!
