A nice story not exactly a thriller just a basic romantic story where you just know that the nice man will get the girl. A pleasant read but very predictable which is why only 3 stars.

But not quite as good as the Sea Sisters which is a hard act to follow. I don't know why but I just didn't just gel with the characters quite the same. But a good read all the same.

I really enjoyed this book, a great holiday read. The second book of hers I've enjoyed, the sea sisters being the first. I liked the characters and didn't want the stories to end!

A single breath was one of those books you can't put down! I read it in 24 hours and will be looking out for more by this author. The book is based on a widow whose dead husband was Tasmanian. She visits the island to find out more about his past and meets his brother who has the task of telling Eva about her husbands past life and the lies he has told.
As the story unfolds Eva is left more and more uncertain whether she knew her husband at all.

I enjoyed this book despite realising right from the start what the likely outcome would be. A well told tale with enough characters to fill out an otherwise dual conversation.

I enjoyed reading this. Intriguing and interesting. Hard to resist rushing ahead to find out what happens in the end. Poses some interesting questions and dilemmas.

Good read, great author. I look forward to reading more by lucy Clarke - Maybe due to the travel themes etc, I don't think I would get tired of reading her work.

Brilliant. I loved this book and I almost read it in one sitting! Lovely story that gets you from the start. I have read her first book too, The Sea Sisters and I can honestly say they are probably the best books I have read for a long time. I cannot wait for the next one. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants a good read. Definitely five stars. Fab x

lovely light reading but a bit too predictable halfway through. i like whole concept of the story but felt that the storyline was too tame towards the end.
