03/05 - Revising my rating from 3* down to 1* for this joke of a watch. The internal mechanism seems to have stopped working and the timekeeping got worsen by the day. After just 4 months of usage (office at most), today I could initially hear something internally juggling about and finally discovered that the pendulum cog has somehow been dislodged/broken off. Avoid!!

(Update): As the Amazon returns policy expired after 30 days from purchase, now it seems that the watch has to be send to USA to be repaired under its own warranty. This of course requires $80 of postage and at least 2 months wait time (inc $40 bankers cheque to Stuhrling). Very annoyed. Buyers beware.

01/15 - First of all I wouldn't recommend this watch to anyone, for the simple reason that it keeps worse time even compared to a £1 kiddy watch off the store counter. I had it for a few weeks now and on average it is 1minute a day fast. Every week I have to correct the time to what it is supposed to be. On the plus side, it is very solidly build, waterproof and looks good, thus the 3* but if you are after an accurate time piece, look elsewhere.

The watch looks good; great if you like a chunky watch. I would say the watch itself is a little too thick for my personal taste. It will stop if you do not wear it for a few days due to it automatic winder, but that is to be expected. Overall I really like it, I just wish it was thinner. It also seems to gain a minute every 5 days or so.
