Fabulous little coffee machine, I have always wanted an automatic bean to cup machine with a milk system and this came at a good price, £345 on Boxing Day. What I love the most about this machine is the ease of use, not only in making a great cup of hot coffee/ latte/ etc but also the automatic cleaning of the machine and milk tubes after use. My only qualm is that the machine does waste a lot of water, the drip tray is always full after making one drink- but i think that comes from all the rinsing and cleaning it does pre and post drink making.

This machine is good value for money at ~£350. The coffee is pretty good (of course so much is dependent on the beans), and the user interface is generally clear and to the point. I can't tell much difference between the "Latte Machiatto", "Cappucino" and "White Coffee" selections, though maybe a play with the "Beverage Settings" will yield results. I would have liked to be able to do "large" variants and the maximum settings don't fill my mug.
Also, be aware this is a high-maintenance mistress. You need cleaning tablets, descaling tablets, milk circuit cleaning liquid and water filters to keep this machine in running order, and it needs to be cleaned pretty regularly, adding to the time and cost of running it. It can get a bit temperamental - once a cleaning tab got wedged in the brewing mechanism and it took significant effort to work out what was wrong and how to fix it.
Still, since my company moved away from town and Starbucks, this machine has helped keep those of us who require a freshly ground milky caffeine fix happy.

Very easy to use. Looks well built.
Wide range of options mean you can tweak and adjust to your heart content to get the right taste for you. You van adjust beans grinding, water temperature and volume/concentration. Set it once and it consistently reproduce the same at a press of a button.
The milk function doesnt work as well (as I use cold skimmed milk straight from the fridge). As expected it doesnt quite texture the milk when compared to properly steaming in a jug and it cant quite get the milk as hot as I like.
Prewarm your milk in the microwave is recommended.
Maintenance wise it is a doddle. It self-rinse on start up and shutdown (has a timer to turn off), prompts you to flush / clean the milk system.
Quality and finish is.. well, its a german machine, so feels very well engineered and not flimsy/plasticky.
