I Love Coldplay I love the way they really use their instruments and they have specific Keyboard led songs and grooves as well as Guitar based anthems. In Atlas I particularly like the haunting arpegiated piano and sparse vocal lines ,as a life long Brian wilson fan I love the deep sonar like percussion ,it does remind me of pet sounds infact the dynamics in Atlas are wonderfully understated ,the nod towards a big "Carry Your World" chorus is a sountrack teaser which could definitely be expanded upon in an album track .There are some chord changes right at the end are seriously lush.
Travelling from Devon to Paris to see them a year ago was worth every penny and waiting for new material was also worth the wait.
I can't wait to hear more in a new studio album.Johnny started off emulating the edge now were all emulating Johnny..lovely lead at the end....like Paradise part 2.

Coldplay at their very best. Even better than Charlie Brown which was my last favourite song. Now proudly placed as my phones ringtone : )

I chose the five stars because I love Coldplay! To me they have the same quality the Beatles had.
Quite a reputation to live up to and I don't please very easily, but they have continued to deliver the goods
with this moody song- I can imagine it in the film. Long may they continue to reign, though I don't think they will
ever surpass the Mylo Xyloto album.Everything on it was first class!
Sixtiesman.

Coldplay aren't the most popular of bands which is due to their political involvement and the message that carries. It's not even as if Chris Martin is a great singer after all .

However they have written and performed some truly wonderful songs. This song is one of their best. If only they could just write and perform great sings like it says on the tin.

Really like this track, although it does remind me of Matt Bellamy's (Muse) piano renditions and Duran Duran strangely! Listened to it quite a few times and haven't got bored yet, so that's a big plus for me.

It has some great instrumentation but is a
relatively soft number that is more suitable
for the end credits of a film, which it will
probably be if its in the Hunger Games 2.

In the absence of an imminent album release this will just keep the cravings at bay!

It's not wildly exiting, but it's far from bad. This will be playing over the credits as you shuffle past the spilled popcorn.
