Sweden's Slash at last grasps the rock ' n' roll bull by the horns, and makes his debut solo album - a melting pot of all his many & varied influences that still sounds like the work of a single artist. With a little help from his friends, including Nicke Andersson of Hellacopters fame, Dregen has delivered a modern rock album that successfully keeps a foot in the present whilst acknowledging the glories of the past. Rock 'n' roll, punk, funk, blues, pop and more, it's all here to be enjoyed... and at below 40 minutes, it's very easy to enjoy it again! And again!

Bought this as a long time backyard babies fan and I am not disappointed. This is pure rock n roll which is what you'd expect from Dregen and he fulfills all expectations. Even the bluesy Flat Tyre on a Muddy Road is a standout track despite being different from the rest of the album. Highly recommended for any fans of Backyard Babies or straight up rock n roll records.

Energetic album with great hooks, riffs and vocals. Album is over in a flash though and everything is so good, you'll want to play it through again straight away. Highly recommended for all rock fans!

This is a great, albeit not very long, debut solo cd from Dregen. It took a couple of listens to get fully into. Standout track for me is 'Flat Tyre On a Muddy Road'
