4.0 out of 5 stars Fun, noisy story for a 3-year-old, 11 Sept. 2013
This review is from: Sage's Song: Children's Book, Bedtime Stories, Picture Book (Pumpkinheads series) (Kindle Edition)
(Source: I was able to view an online galley of this book on a read-to-review basis. Thanks to Nina Charles LLC and Netgalley.)
This is a short story about a girl who likes to make music, and how if she listens she can hear the music that nature makes.

The book had bright colourful pictures, and bold, simple words for kids to recognise. My almost 3-year-old really liked the `noisy' sounds like `bang, bang, woof, woof, buzz, buzz, tweet, tweet' and also liked that there were actions to join in with in places - like clapping hands and stomping feet. He also liked that there were things on each page that he could count, be it birds, bees, or flowers.

Overall; a fun story, with colourful pictures, and fun noises to repeat. I'm not sure what age range this is recommended for, but my almost 3-year-old enjoyed this and could join in.
7 out of 10.

Please Note: The Kindle version of this book from Netgalley is unreadable.
