This is a lovely book and well worth reading. It tells the tale of heiress Shelby who wants to experience "normal" life. It is both funny and entertaining with great dialogue between Shelby and Quinn. A definate feel good read.

My first dip in Kasey Michaels work, if their all this good, I will be working my way through them all.
Love her characters, so diverse and appealing.
Really witty book, the romance almost takes a back seat to the humour, some amazing one liners, and misquotes.
The banter between Quinn and Grady is amazing.
A really worthy 'feel good' ready.

Shelby Taite is an heiress, an heiress worth around thirty million dollars and being a Taite she doesn't work what she does do is marry someone of suitable status and Parker Westbrook the Third or the Thurd as he's known to some, is such a person, her engagement is more a merging of families, her life is set out before her and she's bored, bored and fed up with it all so before she marries a man she doesn't love and produces the heir expected of her she's going to have herself an adventure and create some memories while she can. So she escapes to live a normal life, even if only for a short while.
This is a cute amusing book filled with some great characters, the more I read the more it grew on me, yes it's far fetched and some parts were dragged out a bit and there were places where I just wanted them to get on with it but all in all it's a good lighthearted read which I really enjoyed.
