Some ingredients are not available in the UK

All these recipes seem very easy but they use ingredients that I have never heard of. I have been gluten free for nearly 10 years and I have been cooking GF food for all of that time. Even going to the internet I could not source the flours. It could be that some of the food is just called different things in US English so some conversations would have been helpful. Either way baking needs the ingredients and I couldn't get them. Also weights and measurements are in US cups etc. and temperatures in a different calibration to UK so not impressed at all.
