Emotional, stunning and breathtaking acting.
on 2 October 2012
Went to see this movie on its first showing at the cinema with my best friend and was shocked to realise that it was only myself and my friend in the screen throughout the whole film. Possibly one of the best films I have seen for a while the acting was so true and emotional having read the book countless times before I was worried the film would not live up to the expectations but I need not have worried both me and my friend laughed, smiled and by the end were emotional blubbering wrecks we both left the cinema with puffy eyes. The actors managed to make the whole story seem so real and offered an emotional insight into the horrible disease that is leukaemia, I don't know about anyone else but this film made me appreciate life a lot and realise it is a gift to be cherished not wasted brilliant film, amazing book and as always dakota fanning did an excellent job. I recommend this film 100% guaranteed tears so take lots of tissues!
