Initially sceptical. I really was very dubious about all these muscle products but my son is really into getting fit and packing on muscle. Well I have to say this has certainly packed on the mass and weight. His coach tells me that it will be getting converted to muscle soon, so I am biting my tongue but there's no doubt about it. Over the last 12 weeks he's gained around 10Kg (22Lbs). He's done this with a combination of CellMass Watermelon and True Mass Vanilla. However he also eats like a horse since he's been working out. There's unfortunately no empirical way to gauge how much of that weight is due to these supplements and how much to his diet. I would have thought though that his training would have burnt his increased calorific intake so these supplements are responsible in some way. Other than that, I can't really endorse them with much confidence.
